Please Note: Orders from outside of the Contintental United States - and/or - custom made products (such as custom finishes, added options, etc.), do not apply to our Free Return Policy.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED:

To obtain prompt authorization fill out this Return Authorization Request Form, an email reply will be sent with return instructions and a return shipping label within 2 business days (often much sooner). With the provided return label in your return authorization email, you can take the package to any Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, UPS Store, or any other UPS-authorized drop point.

All table top, vanity, or wall mount makeup mirrors may be returned for full refund or exchange with Free Return Shipping if returned within 30 days in saleable condition. Hardwired Wall Mount Mirrors that have been installed, are NOT resaleable, and may not be returned (free or otherwise).

Items returned without a visible Return Authorization Number (RGA #) are subject to refusal. Return item(s) must have all original packaging. Please pack very carefully to avoid damage during shipping. UPS requires 2" of packaging between the surrounding box and the merchandise box (retail packaging). If a non-authorized return is accepted, or repackaging is required due to missing/damaged package components, a $15.00 processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
