The Pinnacle Mailbox carries a limited 1 year warranty for the original owner against defects in workmanship. Cosmetic damage or damage due to normal wear and tear is not covered by this limited warranty. The Pinnacle Mailbox will either be repaired or replaced after the return of the defective or damaged product. Please send along with the mailbox a copy of proof of payment (canceled check, credit card receipt, etc). You must call our toll free Customer Service at 1-877-YOU-GUARD, first for a return authorization. DTI assumes no liability for mailboxes shipped to DTI without a return authorization. This limited warranty does not extend to improper installation of this product. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product is installed safely and in compliance with all applications laws, regulations, and ordinances. DTI accepts no liability for losses occasioned by the improper use of the product. DTI extends no other warranties in the sale or use of its products, other than the warranties described on the face of this limited warranty.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY EXTENDED BY DTI IS THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ON THE FACE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED
