    Understand the size of the mailbox you have in mind.  Many of our mailboxes are larger than what you might have envisioned.
     Try running the mailbox photos and retail costs past a few board members before you make your presentation.  This will make your presentation easier and give you some guidance about the general consesus on preferences.
     Tell us the mailbox model you are interested in, and the quantity - minimum 5.  Also tell us whether you'll need matching posts, address plaques, double posts, spreaders, etc.
