End grain solid Maple Wood Welded butcher block top is finished in Durakryl 102 - which is a UV cured Polyurethane. Wood Welding is a proprietary process that uses Kiln Dried mapled with 6% to 8% moisture content that is glued under pressure using radio frequency. It meets or exceeds KCMA ANSI performance and constructions standards. Color will vary from cart to cart as maple color varies from tree to tree.
