The John Boos Appliance Center is constructed entirely of Solid Hard Northern Maple. It comes standard with an electric outlet strip, radius corners on the work surface, and solid lower shelves. The Appliance Center stands 36" high with a 1½" thick Solid Rock Maple Edge Grain work surface that measures 30" x 24".

The John Boos Cream Finish is an all-natural formulation that penetrates deeply into the grain of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier that locks moisture in. Used regularly, Boos Block Board Cream will replenish the moisture lost from repeated washings. keeping your butcher blocks, cutting boards, and counter and island tops from drying, bleaching or cracking.
Boos Block Board Cream is a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil.
