Cucina Primo by John Boos is from the Cucina Americana Table Collection.  It is similar to the Pro Prep Block, but has some important changes.  The overhead rack is standard, as is the drawer.  The drawer and the lower shelf are both Stainless Steel food-service-grade for the shelf.
