Food-Service grade sStainless Steel shelf beneath either a 2¼" thick or 4" thick Hard Maple Cream Finish Top.  The 4" thick top is made butcher-block style, while the 2¼" thick top is edge-grain Maple.  Commercial Grade 3" locking casters are used, along with stainless steel legs and towel bar.  This cart will last more than a lifetime.  An optional stainless-steel front drawer is available on 30" x 24" Technica cart (see photo, below).  Also available with optional Dovetailed Maple Drawer with Stainless steel front - the appearance is similar to the Elegante.
