A professional work-table, the Cucina Grande features a 2¼" Hard Maple Edge Grain top; either 60" x 28" or 48" x 28". All maple areas are finished in Varnique, including the table "apron" holding the Stainless Steel faced Maple dovetailed drawer. Two 8" drop-leaf models are available (the drop-leaf flips up from the rear) extending the table depth from 28" to 36". (The "dropped" dimension will not exceed 28".) The shelf is food-service-grade Stainless Steel; legs and towel bar - Stainless Steel.
