Auth-Florence 4C Horizontal Mail Systems are designed to meet or exceed the USPS specifications for Mailbox Security. USPS STD-4C compliant mailbox systems are mandatory on all NEW CONSTRUCTION and MAJOR RENOVATIONS as of October 5, 2006. 4C Units from Suites A, C, E, F, and G can be used with Vario Mail Shelters. |

- Number decals up to three digits or engraved identification up to six characters
- Exclusive Auth-Florence multi-unit connector kit hardware (patent pending) included with every mailbox model for convenience and ease of installation
4C Units from Suites A, C, E, F, and G, can be used together with new Vario Configurable Mail Shelters. 4C units from different 4C suites, cannot be mixed with each other within the same Vario Shelter unit. 4C units from different 4C Suites, however, can be mixed by placing different 4C Suite groups in different Vario Shelters. Units in all suites are either single-wide - 17 1/2", or double wide 31 9/16". All 4C units within the same suite are all the same height. 7 different heights available.
Postal regulation STD-4C requires 1 prcel lock for each 10 customer compartments.
4C Units come prepared for the USPS to install special USPS locks for the master door, parcel lockers, and outgoing mail compartment. Alternatively if non-USPS use is specified, special locks can be installed at the factory as an option.
