Convesion locks change your CBU from USPS use to private use. (If converted, the USPS will no longer deliver to your CBU.) The conversion locks are inserted in place of the USPS Arrow Locks - or in the holes into which the Arrow Locks would have been installed. You need one conversion lock for the (outgoing) main door, and one for each parcel locker door.
