How to Order
1. Determine the number of "tenant" mailboxes you need. You may need to allow for some extras and for additional construction.
2. Work up and back on this website between this Vario section and the 4C Mailbox section to determine the number and type of 4C Mailbox Units you need. This will dictate the number and type of Vario shelters you need.
3. 4C Mailboxes are available in "Suites". Each suite is a different height. Suites A, C, E, F, and G can be used with Vario. Units from different Suites cannot be mixed within a single Vario shelter.
4. Vario Casings hold single-column and/or double-column 4C Mailboxes from the same 4C Suite. You can order, for example, a Vario III with a Casing for 1 double-column 4C and 3 single-column 4C units. Or, in the same Vario III unit you can order a Casing to fit 2 double-column 4C units and 1 single-column 4C unit. See below.
5. Also consider whether or not it's practical to include back-to-back casings in your Vario units. You can reduce the total number of Vario units by using back-to-back Casings and/or double wide or wider Vario units; or by inserting an extra mid-sections in Vario III and Vario IV units.
6. Vario units can be ordered without casings - to shelter CBUs or for other purposes.
7. Vario units are delivered by truck and must be delivered to a loading dock or other suitable receiving facility. Tailgate service is not practical and not available. Palette size is 114" x 48" - one shelter per palette..
