European yellow! Wow. This handpainted mailbox includes a red postman's trumpet with gold leaf applied to the trumpeters's cord. Post trumpet announced the arrival of the mail in days of yore. This is truly and outstanding mailbox - not quite one of a kind, but close. It'll last a lifetime, and cannot help but make a unique statement at your home. Each sand-cast solid aluminum mailbox is custom made for you, and no two are exactly alike - although they are very, very close to the one in the photo. Mailbox includes locking mail-removal door with two keys, or your choice of turning knob closure, newspaper holder and touch-up paint.
