The Dahlhaus Column Mailbox - Rear View

The customer photo shows the Column Mailbox from the left-rear side.  By reference to the hinge locations, you can see the full-height mail removal door - available with a lock or turning-knob closure - your choice.  This installation shows how the customer has had an intercom system installed in the section near the mailbox top.  We can handle most of the modification necessary, for you.  See Column Mailbox Customization.

The Standard Column Mailbox, above can be customized in a number of ways. These include the following:

• Up to 6 numbers on the top portion, where the crown ornament appears.
• Mail removal door in front (upper portion) instead of back
• Additional Bottom door for UPS/FedEx deliveries.
• Top extension to include a door for outgoing mail.  This is placed where the crown ornament appears, and can be seen on the original photo.
• Mail flag - either side.
• Intercom speker or gate-opening system.  DoorKing or Crown Jewel compatible.  You buy the system and send us the frame which we send to Germany for custom fitting.
