Designed to be bolted to a cement "pad" this sand-cast solid aluminum mailbox weighs 55 lbs, including the post. You can specify any text, both the door (upper text) and on the incoming mail slot - see below. This German-made Mailbox conjures up images of Old World in the cities days of horse-drawn carriages. Each mailbox is custom made for you, and no two are exactly alike - although they are very, very close to our photo. The incoming mail slot is 9¾" x 1¾" - large enough for the biggest envelopes. Locking mail-removal door is supplied with two keys - your choice of a non-locking turning knob closure. Non-standard post heights are available, to allow for unusual curb heights or delivery requirements ±5". The Mailbox back is flat. Your choice of eight finishes.
