Outgoing Mail - sits on a shelf inside the unlocked upper door.
The bottom section of the mailbox, where incoming mail is stored is 6" deep.
The lower, locked door is 8" wide x 6¾" high.
Customer notice: The doors on the MailGuard Mailboxes are a VERY tight fit. These "wear in" with time. If you don't want to wait, per the instructions enclosed with the mailbox, you can sand the door edge using a few strokes of sandpaper, as instructed.
