This warranty applies to the registered homeowner, otherwise known as the “Consumer”, and does not apply to the homebuilder or to commercial applications. Whitehall Products will repair or replace your Whitehall Mailbox or Post (at Whitehall’s discretion) if found by Whitehall Products to be defective in material or workmanship.

Limitations: Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper mounting, salts, chemicals, road debris, vandals, and exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as high heat, extreme cold, high salt air content, or from natural aging during normal use.

Other Conditions: Proof of purchase and a photo of the claimed defect must be presented for consideration. Warranty resolution is limited to repair or replacement and does not include any other costs or claims. Consumer is responsible for all installation and removal costs, transportation and packaging costs. Consumer assumes all liability once taking possession of the product.
