Simple yet
strong, the Newport Plus Double Mailbox Post serves as the "twin" to the Newport Plus Post, and is a more affordable double post than the Rockport.
White or Premium Colors.
Can be mounted over 4 x 4 wood post - not included.
Mailbox mounting hardware not included. Use the Ground Screw to install easily.
Designed to accommodate FLAT BOTTOM mailboxes only such as these:
Good Directions, Imperial, Keystone, Streetscape.
If you plan to use the Whithall Mailbox, the Coronado Mailbox, or the Bellevue Mailbox, or any other mailbox that does not have a FLAT BOTTOM, then DO NOT USE this post. Instead, use any of the following posts:
Rockport, Dover, Liberty, or Signature Plus. Note: For mailboxes weighing 25 lbs. or more, two screws should be placed through the back of the mailbox into the 4" x 4" internal wood post.)
