Patio Heaters are great in the Spring,in the fall, and on those chilly summer nights.

Electric Infra-Red Patio Heaters are new. They keep you and your guests warm and don't heat the air. They're also directional, so if your situation requires it, they can be aimed toward your guests. There's no fuel to buy or refill.

Liquid Propane (LP) Patio heaters are the most widely used. They are "fed" by a refillable propane tank that you obtain and fill locally. Generally, you can use the heater for 5-6 nights entertaining on a single tank.

In the minority, natural gas Patio Heaters are convenient once installed. They connect to your household gas line and never need refilling.

And don't forget table models. They're either electric of fueled by Liquid Propane in small tanks. Table Patio Heaters sit in the center of your table and bring the warmth to exactly where you need it.
