Teak cutting boards are new to the United States.  Formerly very expensive, Teak has just been made available at reasonable prices due to a unique farming operation in Mexico and to NAFTA which allows the products into the US without customs duties.  Teak is well known for its hardness and quality.  Now you can see its beauty as well in these lifetime cutting Boards.  These cutting boards are available in End Grain, Edge Grain, or Face Grain - all solid Teak with an oil-treated finish.  Occasional treatment with mineral oil is reccommended.  Boards marked "HG" have side hand-grips carved into the board.  Boards marked with "JC" have a juice canal (groove) inside the perimeter of the face of the board.

Harvested from 2,500 acress along Mexico's Pacific coast, careful attention is given to environmental and responsible forestry practices.
